He is responsive with communication . If it were not for the relationship built with David over the years of buying history we probably would have gone somewhere else . I was looking for a very specific trim package of F150XLT and they don't last long when they are available. I started to work with Cameron a week ago and he was very helpful through the whole process. The original truck I was interested in was delayed in transit and Cameron was able to find a comparable XLT with an even better trim, the Lariat, for around the same price. They gave me a very fair trade for my old F150 and the whole process was simple and straight forward. I love my Lariat and I would definitely recommend Cam to anyone needing a solid vehicle.

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

Jake is incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, unlike other dealerships or sales agents that make you feel pressurized in buying a car by using aggressive sales tactics, Jake just offered facts about anything we asked and made it a pleasurable experience.
