I bought a new Outback in 2022, when I needed the long hauling capacity. I loved the car, especially its responsive acceleration. In 2025 I no longer needed the longer Outback, and traded it for a Crosstrek. I have been happy with all my dealings at Austin Subaru. They are friendly and accommodating, and easy to work with. They even provided a free Lyft ride home and back during my last service visit. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service that I received at Tower Honda. Matthew was my service manager and he was not only very professional but friendly as well. He explained everything and answered my questions. The waiting room is also very user-friendly complete with snacks and drinks. I had tried twice to schedule my appt online but it was two weeks out. The only issue I had was that I had to return the same day because they had set my tire pressure at 35 rather than 32 & it triggered my tire pressure light to come on. They did adjust it, assured me that everything was fine and re-set the alert light. I will be back for service as needed. Jeanne Lober
