WOW!!! Just AMAZING experience. I know there are many reviews you can read but mine comes from years of experience. This was my 40th, YES 40th vehicle purchase. Not only did Marty ( the fabulous GM) take TWO Teslas in trade with a fantastic price, but the absolutely stunning Yesenia ( finance director AKA rock star aka owner) worked a miracle and got me financed in a beautiful 2025 Lexus RZ. The price was phenomenal but the process was OUTSTANDING!!! Literally the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle at. Each time we walked in and out of the dealership there were people opening both doors like we are royalty to the sales manager Jose personally working hard to get ME into the vehicle I wanted. This is not your typical dealership. It’s a family. A unified business where they all work together towards a common goal. This allows the buying process to transition smoothly and efficiently. The fabulous Aleah was my very own car buying connoisseur. She has a deep knowledge and refined approach to purchasing a vehicle. Aleah was extremely well versed in many aspects of the car buying experience and a complete fashionista with those heart shaped glasses. Most salespeople make more from manufacturer bonuses so the incentive to purchase a Toyota vehicle is higher for them, yet Aleah never once tried to sway me in either direction. Aleah was extremely smart, professional and efficient. We didn’t spend the typical 12 hours at a dealer. When the Finance Director (aka bonita mariposa) stepped in, Yesenia was the most personable humble woman I’ve ever met. Yesenia was not only the type of woman you notice in a crowd for her striking beauty, but that beauty shined from within. Yesenia is just a kind, compassionate soul who truly cares about people. Harr Motors makes you feel like you matter and in a world filled with so much noise and chaos, it’s nice to have a dealership who makes you feel like they have your best interests at heart. I will never forget this car buying experience and I hope to one day, pay their kindness forward in life, because life is incredibly fragile and we never know what our future holds so learn to dance in the rain because this life is just a dress rehearsal for the next.

TLDR: Look to Koch Toyota Rt 2 for the classic pushy, drawn‑out, upsell‑heavy car buying experience. Deal on a new 2026 vehicle was mediocre. I like the car, but I could have done better elsewhere. Details: I started off looking at their website to see what was available. I thought maybe I could get a rough quote using their four step application, but when that was clear I would not get a quote, I exited at step 2. I didn’t even finish the finance form or submit it, yet within 30 minutes I was bombarded with calls, emails, and texts for days. Very pushy and shady practice. I ended up securing financing through my own bank before going to the lot. At the dealership, I was approached before I could even park and immediately dragged into a Barbara Walters-style "interview". I only wanted to browse and test drive as I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy a car that day, but the pressure was nonstop. The process took about 3.5 hours total. From negotiating, plus constant upsells on insurance, and maintenance plans, it felt like it'd never end. Even after purchase, picking up my registration and getting an inspection sticker took another 2 hours for what should have been 30 minutes tops. Everyone I encountered were friendly, but "smoothly" aggressive if that makes sense. The whole experience felt like a time-sink. I do like the car, but Koch Toyota's approach was pushy, inefficient, and not very streamlined. If you’re shopping for a Toyota, I’d recommend looking elsewhere first and making Koch Toyota Rt 2 your last stop. Keep in mind your mileage (pun intended) may vary.

I ultimately didn't buy here due to a simple lack of inventory (I wanted a Prius Prime XSE in guardian gray, and they unfortunately they didn't have any in stock), but I still wanted to write a review to express appreciation for Joel and Harley. Joel in sales was kind and didn't apply any pressure on me whatsoever, and Harley in finance offered a helpful breakdown of what a leasing option would look like. I found them to be excellent to deal with and trusted what they were telling me in terms of pricing and options, and again, most importantly, they didn't pressure me whatsoever and simply talked me through my options. If they'd had inventory there, I would have absolutely purchased with them and recommend them highly if you're considering your own purchase.
