This was our first time going to Imperial Toyota in Milford, MA. Before arriving, I had many questions and concerns on how it was going to be and how I was going to be taken as a customer who slides on the side of a worry-wort that also expects the respect that I give. Walking in I was happy to see such a clean, bright, place with people who were calm, professional and friendly. I could see their down to Earth warmness as I looked around . . . that it immediately felt like I was already there once before. That helped with some of my anxiety, When Fawad Rezayee came over to us, he extended his hand to us with a smile. He was nice and made us feel at ease. I noticed I did not feel sales pressure, which is such a great thing for me. I could tell I could calm down a bit more and I actually began to look forward to seeing how this would go. With me was my husband and our adult son, both were there to help me. What was so wonderful is, (and this may not be a big deal to most, but to me it was such a relief), when Fawad was talking with the three of us and answering our questions, he never only reacted to the men with me, he made me feel that I was an equal to the process and answered all of my questions and concerns on buying a car. Never once did I feel unheard or not understood. Fawad was so down to Earth, so professional and we all shared some laughs, stories and with each step along the way, I no longer was the ball of nerves that I was prior to going in. I honestly believe that any salesman/saleswoman can be wonderful, this next statement is not meaning anything negative to anyone else who is also wonderful at their profession and people skills. I'm almost 100% guaranteeing that all who work there are equally as wonderful, but I can only and personally speak of Fawad because that is who we had and for that I recommend going to Imperial and I recommend Fawad. I am so happy with my car, I am so happy with the experience that I had and I learned about so much!! Trust me I knew nothing going in or what to expect, but here I am a customer that had a 5 star experience!
The people there and throughout Imperial are a great group of people. Even when it was time to go to the finance Dept., we had Desiree Merola. And again, as a certified worrier who has no knowledge in what that procedure takes, my husband, our son, and myself enjoyed her immensely, just as we did Fawad Rezayee!! She was so awesome too!
When we went to pick up my car, we were greeted so nicely by Fawad and a man who came to congratulate me and wondered if I/we had any questions., I apologize in this review for not remembering his name, but he was so nice and that was so very nice of him as well to do that!!
I thank you Fawad Rezayee, Desiree Merola and the crew. I truly and highly recommend you (all) to anyone; on ANY LEVEL of experience or in my case, lack of., in buying a car. If you are like myself or not, you honestly will be okay going to them and you will be treated with respect, down to Earth kindness, and professionalism and as if you need any more than that, the friendliness and shared laughs helped so much. Because, lets face it, purchasing a car can be overwhelming, scary and serious, but being in such a good place with good people made a huge and positive difference in the car buying experience!
