She makes car buying easy, and if you've bought cars in your past, you know that almost never happens. No runaround, no strategy to maximize their profits at your expense. Just honest numbers with a warm and friendly heart. Just got an end-of-the-month deal with her and Noah that I never thought possible. I wasn't even car shopping!! And this is not the first time this has happened... it's like the 8th. Go to this dealership if you want a pre-owned BMW. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Seriously. I decided to go buy on a Sunday around 3pm. i walked in and met Mike " Salty" Saltman. I can't say enough about how relaxing and pleasant the environment and the experience was. Mike was great, very knowledgeable. Stayed past closing to make sure I had all the information I needed. I picked my new truck up two days later. The finance experience was excellent and fast also. First Julio (the salesman) greeted us and was fantastic. There was NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES HERE. He found us EXACTLY what we were looking for. Then came the negotiations. The Sales Manager again was spot on with the offer and NO PRESSURE. Finally, our experience with Ashley (Finance) the paper work was a breeze and she was VERY pleasant and extremely organized. Might I add that the cashier was also very upbeat and a pleasure to deal with. We have been buying cars for over 40 years and this was HANDS DOWN THE EASIEST, NON STRESSFUL, BEST EXPERIENCE we have EVER had.

DO NOT buy anything from this dealer. I’m 60 and live on a fixed income. Had bad credit and they promised they could put me in a car. Coached me on what lies to tell bank so they could get loan approved. Day after I pitched the car the engine light came on. Put over 4000 into repairs over the next 1 and 1/2 never was able to get a sticker and now less than 2 years and the engine is blown and I still owe most of the original amount due to the high interest. All their cars are junk and over priced. Stay as far away as you can.
