What A Great Experience!!! Went into Richard Lucas Subaru just to check out some options for a new vehicle. Walked in and was greeted by Zeke explained that we were shopping around for a new vehicle explained what we were looking for my wife fell in Love with the Subaru Forester that was in the showroom. And a few minutes later a deal was made that we were happy with. While the paperwork was being done the car was taken in the back to be cleaned up a bit. And a short while later we were driving a new Subaru Forester home. A big “ THANK YOU “ to Zeke, Jack , and Erik and all the people behind the scene who made this a very pleasant experience.

We purchased our second Outback last night. Also, the second vehicle with Sebastian Jazwinski at Liberty. No games, best price, best service, and a pleasure to work with. I have purchased vehicles in the past from Morristown Subaru and Morristown Toyota. I will NEVER go to those dealerships ever again. Too many games and I never felt that I got the best deal. They play too many games and give car buying a bad name!!! Liberty is a pleasure to work with and cannot recommend them and Sebastion highly enough

December 26,2025 (Pending Snow Storm) One of the most overused phrases from a car salesperson is : “Our Service Department is the BEST!”. A pending snowstorm, like everyone else I depend on my car too much! Unfortunately, it’s towards the end of the work day and it’s an issue I can’t avoid. We all have certain family and friends that you have on “speed dial”. This is the sentiment I hold for Jamie Nussbaum and his wonderful staff at East Hill Subaru in Roslyn, New York. I made the call and Lisette answered. She immediately understood my issue and responded, “ You know there is a snow storm coming. You need to bring your car here and we’ll take care of it”. Lisette is another example of a true professional that takes great pride in her position. I arrived and was greeted by Service Advisor Justin Peralta. He did the intake and assured me the car would be thoroughly checked out and I would be updated throughout the process. In a short period of time, Lorrie Santiago came to inform me that my car was ready. Lorrie Santiago is always congenial, professional and laser focused on the task at hand. Lorrie’s area is highly efficient, the paperwork and fob were all ready to go. Lorrie informed me of what was completed, asked if I had any questions and personally thanked me for bringing my car to East Hills Subaru. Lorrie is very proud of this organization and it shows every time! Integrity begins at the top! Jamie Nussbaum is an extremely professional individual.His affect is always pensive yet gregarious in nature. Jamie’s attention to detail is reflected in every aspect of his Service Department. The amount of pressure with work orders, pending projects, emergency customer drop-ins could make this Service Department of “FRENETIC HOT ZONE”. However, to the contrary, Jamie’s strong but calming presence guides his ship through another day of success for his entire team. Philip Saccio and Justin Peralta are top Service Advisors. I’ve been most impressed by both of these professionals. These men take their positions most seriously. The initial intakes are thorough, the process is clearly layed out with potential cost and a clear timeline is presented. Philip Saccio and Justin Peralta assure me they are dedicated to success. The man behind the curtain where all the magic happens is Sandro! I call him the “Economist-Master Technician. Sandro always has a smile along with being extremely gifted. His videos that he takes of the work he performs are extremely informative. Sandro will always give suggestions to keep my vehicle at its peak performance. Sandro’s economic background is always integrated into his technical practice. It appears Sandro’s daily mission is to be the best “Economist-Master Technician” every day. Mission Accomplished Sandro! Finally, I have to acknowledge Jamie Nussbaum. He always takes a compliment and deflects to include his team. His conversations with me always demonstrate a pride he has of everyone on his team. I understand his pride in working with these great professionals. Came in to try to get a lease paid off, and they tried to get my wife to sign a paper allowing them to renegotiate the price, despite us having a signed contract. Only when pushed for half an hour did they tell us how to pay off the lease through the bank. I will never return here
