We asked for tee-shirt & hat since we bought a Bronco 10 months go we got nothing. When Bronco we asked for couple oil filters and was told he would get them never did. So this is our experience.

Not only did he address my needs that same day, he was very responsive to ongoing needs as we needed to ship the car to its final destination once the work was completed. I told him I was looking for a new car for my wife as a surprise for her. I can’t say enough great things about Omeed! What an incredibly professional and knowledgeable young man! Good prices. Friendly, helpful and easygoing staff. Seemingly honest and truthful about their cars being theft recovery explaining the reason for TL & salvage titles. Also, they demonstrate/explain the Carfax history of their vehicles and willing to provide support and answer questions regarding any nuisances with purchasing a new pre-owned vehicle (such as prorating existing warranties and establishing new auto insurance). They recommend you get best offer for a trade-in/ sell by reaching out to other companies that are able to offer more for your vehicle like Carvana/CarMax who can simply afford a better buy out compared to wholesale sellers. They recommended a 5 star Insurance Agency, “AngelGuards” who I personally used through their recommendation whom works hard to find the best deal on new insurance premium policies by running numbers through all the big insurance companies (progressive, geico, statefarm, nationwide). They’ll let you look and inspect the vehicle on your own time and let you test drive if you don’t currently have Allstate insurance (who doesn't insure salvage title vehicles) and if you do, a friendly staff member will drive and demonstrate anything you ask them too. If you’re in the business of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and want a good deal on newish cars, I would recommend Silver Star Motors and Oganes.

Parker Law my sales consultant tried to do everything I asked of him. Things don’t always go as planned. and we had a few hiccups along the road, but Parker was right there finding solutions to everything that. was unexpected. Parker was kind and courteous, but not fake like most salesman which I truly appreciated.. I met two other associates Jacob Schalmo and Alex Reed. Jacob a finance manager was done explaining the financial part of the deal we started talking about every day living and with me being a Christian I said I felt like this sale of my new Kia and these three men were a blessing from God! I found out that these young men shared my faith and I asked if they would pray with me before I left, which they did humbly and respectfully in which I am grateful. So my experience with Spitzer’s dealership was delightful and they did well hiring these three young men which I hope that they will continue to grow and move up in the company. as they show their faithfulness.. lastly I am thankful for my new Kia and I hope and pray that it will show itself to be a dependable and fun automobile to drive for many years to come. So I say thank you to God first and then to Spitzer Kia and those three young men.

We had a pretty amazing experience from start to finish. I asked for more information and Josh went out and took a video to insure my concerns. We drove out and everything was as promised. Josh did a great job making us aware of options available to us without us feeling extra pressure to have to do anything. The finance department was short staffed that day due to an injury but still processed the sale in a timely manner that fit with our schedule (especially since we live an hour away from the dealership.) Both guys were professional, courteous and made us feel like we made the right decision. We're enjoying our Pacifica, it's already made a couple of longer trips to visit grandkids, which was a reason for buying another van.
