Actually, the paperwork part took about 15 minutes - it was the sitting around and upselling that wasted so much time. Zach went above and beyond after a small early glitch - truly appreciated his diligence in getting the upfront legwork done. Karl in finance was attentive to the time everything was taking and the technology for the signatures was great. Mike did the best he could but, all in all, the dealership experience left a lot to be desired. More
