I can easily say Gene Russell was by far the very best experience in customer service. All my negotiations were done via email. I never set foot in the dealership until I signed papers to drive off. Gene and I sent over 35 emails within 2 days until he located the car for me, had it delivered to Walters and he gave me the best price. Gene gave me a price that 10 dealerships told me I was asking the impossible. I am very happy with the vehicle and my experience with Gene at Walters. I would recommend him to anyone and save them the time of visiting other dealerships within 50 mile radius because Gene at Walters was able to do what all the other dealerships could not. Once I got into finance Julio made it a breeze. Friendly no pressure type of vibe. We talked about the Dodgers because he’s a huge fan and the overall experience was a pleasure.
