I thought they would be better to potential customers since they were far from Salt Lake but they sold a car I was interested in right underneath me and never gave me the opportunity to respond. Their response was "first come first serve." that's a xxxx of a way to run a business based on customer satisfaction. Believe me you can find much better in the valley who will take care of you and make you feel like you are someone they care about.

Nice people if you do not catch them overcharging the cars. Topical stuff, nothing new. The car is discounted, but if you sum up the payments they won't be able to explained how their math works. Stay away. If you are happy with your experience you probably still do not know you were scammed.

Dax is the epitome of a sleezy car salesman. Caught him in multiple lies. The experience was so bad I got up and left. Complete waste of time to work with him. Do yourself a favor and move on to another salesman or better yet another dealer. He is a dishonest, rude, and a total waste of time to work with.

Found a truck on line at Jerry Siener GMC/Buick... we bought the truck and we asked for keyless auto start on the truck to be added and we where told it would be two weeks and mind you we made the purchase on 1/19 and now it's the second week of February and we have made several calls all we keep getting the run around, they don't even return your calls.. what kind of BS is this? I would have never bought this truck their if I knew this is the kind of service this dealership is proud to serve their customers. So upset. Worst feeling ever.
