I stopped in several months prior to purchase to test drive the Outback to develop my shortlist of cars to consider. Stephen understood that I was several months away from purchase, and he checked in with me now and then with an approach I found to be attentive and not pushy. A&T quoted a price that I was happy with, and the purchase was handled smoothly. The Touring trim level has lots of tech bells and whistles, and Stephen is good with both the technology and the explanation of how to customize features.
