Very friendly and accommodating staff. Service is way over priced, car wasn’t even washed not clean when picked up. I had a new windshield installed and it is dirty inside and out. This was an excellent buying experience. I live 3 1/2 hours away and wasn’t sure about buying a vehicle online. From my first communication with Jay all the way thru the delivery process was I live 3 1/2 hours away and wasn’t sure about buying a vehicle online. From my first communication with Jay all the way thru the delivery process was handled extremely professionally. Leul and Ian did everything they promised and when promised. The communication was over the top. Sam came in at the end to finalize the paperwork and he was great to work with also. I have already recommended Acura Columbus and Leul to someone looking to purchase a pre owned Acura. Keep up the great work guys.
