I went in for an oil change and 3000 my car was checked in right away. check up and tire rotation. I was told this would be a 2 hour wait. I had an emergency and had to leaver urgently. Traded in old Equinox and bought a new Chevy Trax. Got decent trade-in value and financing was a breeze. Ernie the salesman was very helpful in contacting GM to get the employee discount (my Dad retired) decent trade-in value and financing was a breeze.
