I’ve never taking my car in for even a oil change and not had a Issue. Oh 2/10 I came in ask if there would be a long wait for a oil change and was told no. Two and a half hours later I left there. No other had a Issue. Oh 2/10 I came in ask if there would be a long wait for a oil change and was told no. Two and a half hours later I left there. No other issues just oil change. I missed my afternoon appointment. I love the dealership but I’m going to cash out my warranty with the service department. The manager Patrick did come speak to me and he was very apologetic and courteous,( as the reps have always been rude to me this was nice). He just doesn’t understand or know of my many disappointments. Thank you More
