Excellent Customer Service! As a woman, it can be a little overwhelming to walk into a dealership and have a salesperson trying to pressure you into something. It's definitely NOT the case at all at Andrew Toyota. I set up an appointment with Prentiss to look at a car and he was very helpful and courteous. I didn't feel pressured at all. I came back a few days later to make the purchase, and Prentiss picked me up from work so that I didn't have to do any car juggling. Now that's service! He was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the process and now I have a great car! More

Respectful, very pleasant and knowledgable I leased my vehicle from Andrew Akhahon. I knew I wanted one of two of the vehicles already on the lot, and it was a matter of checking them out.. I called the dealership and talked to "Gently" about coming in to see the cars, and she told me she had a great salesman for me, and gave me his name. We set the time of appointment, and when I arrived I met Andrew. He had obviously readied for our appointment as the vehicle I was interested in leasing was already at the front door! He opened the agency door and greeted me by name. While I test drove the vehicle, his staff assessed mine for turn-in value. As a woman leasing on my own, I felt respected, not pressured. Before I left the dealership in my new, gorgeous blue Toyota, Andrew explained the operating features , and answered all my questions. I also bought a second car there last year, and had a great sales experience all around. Lots of great amenities also: waiting area, refreshments, shuttle rides to and from the dealership. More
