The wait for an oil change appointment was two weeks. You can have the option of doing a walk in and wait for several hours which makes no sense. If this is the level of service, I would reconsider before bu can have the option of doing a walk in and wait for several hours which makes no sense. I did not work with anyone is Sales, Management, Finance or IT but can't submit so I made up a response. How ridiculous is that? More
