While we addressed your requirements, that work uncovered several other issues. Because of the age and high mileage of your vehicle, those issues proved numerous and costly. Our service team made every effort to explain the situation to you, and provide any service of which you chose to proceed -- even offering to do the diagnostics free of charge. Despite that level of attention, you've chosen to blast our accounts and leave poor reviews in every manner possible. We simply don't do business in the manner you have accused us of, and our reputation reflects that. They didn’t any effort because my problem is computerized not a labor job…. By the way they are controlling all reviews guys..I left couple bad reviews on Facebook page they deleted right the way Do not trust their reviews on social media because they are controlling… When I left my car to service they accept it…now they are saying because of my car age and mileage!!!what kind of ripped of this is?what kind of professional dealer are they??can you explain to me??So you just handle new cars I guess..you are not behind the Audi brand ..shame……I did report my problem to Audi USA and Audi Europe I hope they will take care of problem…Naples Audi ripped off ..Beware..
