I bought a used RS7 from a non-Audi Deal We mostly communicate upcoming appointments via text and she’s concise, responsive and very knowledgeable. I bought a used RS7 from a non-Audi Dealership and they couldn’t get me the Window Sticker. I tried to use online tools but nothing worked-until I called Julie! She got me the sticker within minutes! When I told her I was going to sell my RS7, in hopes of finding a used SQ8, she told me to let her know if there was anything she could do to help during my search. I took her up on her offer and sent her a couple of VINs to see if any of the cars I was interested in had any major service issues reported and she helped provide insight which led to me picking my current car! This is, by far, my best Dealership experience and I owe it to Julie and her knowledgeable Team in the Service Dept (shoutout to Andy H and Brittany F)! Julie is THE BEST!! More
