Excellent service, low pressure. Helped us select a vehicle with the options we wanted and helped us understand the value of new over CPO. We were looking to get a CPO service loaner at first. Once we decided to buy new there were certain options we thought we had to have. They were willing to work with another dealer to get us the car we wanted. In the end they showed us one similar that was a demo and why the one option we initially thought we wanted wasn’t really necessary on that vehicle. More
My last trip in to Autohaus was less than enjoyable. I had a 10:00 appointment that day and arrived on time. Was immediately greeted by one of the porters and was told to have a seat in the waiting area, had a 10:00 appointment that day and arrived on time. Was immediately greeted by one of the porters and was told to have a seat in the waiting area, which I did. There were a few people ahead of me, so I expected to be waiting at least 20 mins or so. About 45 mins into my wait, I looked over (since it is all open now to the showroom, that there was nobody at the service advisors desks. So, I walked over and saw the porter that had greeted me and asked if I was next. He went over to one of the advisor’s desks, which happened to be Amanda, and said this customer is next. To be fair, Amanda was not aware that I had been waiting that long, but I was not happy. She proceeded to write me up and asked if I would be waiting and I told her I had already been waiting for 45 minutes and would just like to get the loaner I was promised and leave. She apologized that she didn’t know I had been waiting so long and proceeded to get my information for the loaner vehicle. I don’t usually complain on any surveys, but I felt that it should be pointed out to people that come in for service of what the process is. Do I need to walk over to the service advisors and ask if I’m next in line or wait for them to come over and get me? It wasn’t clear. Seems like there was some miscommunication between the porters and the service advisors. Other than that, everything else went very smooth. Amanda even called later to let us know that my wife had left her purse in the loaner vehicle after we had returned it. We’ve been Autohaus customers for a long time, dating back to when the store was off of Maryland in Clayton. Always has been a first class operation. Just wanted to constructively point out an area of opportunity for improvement. Thanks for reading and will be back again down the road. Cheers! More
