The sunroof drain line from my 2023 X3 when installed by manufacturer was ran back into the car underneath floor mats and flooded car. Dealer takes no responsibility and it will continue to cause issues I More

Mr. Gray, When we saw your vehicle at 62726 miles, we offered to diagnosis why there was water in the floor boards. You declined having us do that, instead you proceeded to fix the wiring issue instead. Then at 63463 and 2 months later, a body shop in Olivette contacted us to diagnosis several warning lights that appeared after they removed the carpets and perhaps found the cause of the leak? Had we been able to find the leak at 62726 miles; it would have helped prevent or slow the corrosion that you now have. We are always willing to help customers out of bad situations.
