Working with Autohaus has been a good experience. However, I took my car in for a service appointment for low tire pressure, which required tire replacement covered under the Pirelli warranty. It took 30 minutes for them to take my car back to service from the time I got there, and another 30 minutes for them to bring my car out from the time the technician sent the video that service was complete. Scheduling my service appointment was a breeze and there was more availability than I was expecting. The check in process was so simple and smooth.
