Overall, the purchase of my new car went smoothly. my salesman was terrific & was extremely knowledgeable. he made the process easy. he walked me through the extras on the car & wa great. the appra my salesman was terrific & was extremely knowledgeable. he made the process easy. he walked me through the extras on the car & wa great. the appraisal on by trade in car was ridiculous. not even a fair price was offered. the car was in perfect condition, garage kept, serviced regularly at the dealer & low low miles. took the car elsewhere & received $7000.00 more than autohause offered. shameful to make the customer go elsewhere...... this is my 3rd purchase at autohaus & expected some consideration More
