The appointment itself went smoothly, and the staff was professional and courteous throughout the visit. While I appreciated them bringing the issue to my attention, I was surprised by the repair estimate, which came in at around $1,800. That price felt pretty steep for the repair. Overall, the service team communicated clearly and completed the scheduled maintenance, but the unexpected repair recommendation and high cost definitely caught me off guard. More

I have had a relationship with Ken, Senior Client Advisor and Adam, Operation Manager for more than a decade and four or five purchases. They have always been straightforward and honest.
