They jumped on my problem immediately and returned my vehicle within one day. I own a 2014 BMW i8. As you know, this is a highly unusually complicated vehicle. The service department diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it quickly. My two contacts at the dealership were Nate and Carl. They were both responsive, professional and communicative.
