The customer service I received on September 4th for my annual service was good. It was determined that my car needed brake work (even though my X1 had only 8000 miles on it). I was told the parts would ne annual service was good. It was determined that my car needed brake work (even though my X1 had only 8000 miles on it). I was told the parts would need to be ordered. As of today, 9 /23 I have not been informed that my car can be repaired. I've called the dealership many times. Calling service at this dealership sends my calls to voice-mail. No one from service returns my calls. I have not been able to drive my car for 3 weeks. More
