My initial contact with Greg, the salesman, was anything but a good experience. Due to the fact that I work, I was not able to get to the dealership until 5:30 pm. The entire time I was with Greg, I felt but a good experience. Due to the fact that I work, I was not able to get to the dealership until 5:30 pm. The entire time I was with Greg, I felt hurried. At one point, when working on a deal for the car that I wanted to purchase, he handed me the number scribbled on a piece of notebook paper and while I was trying to figure out the numbers, he was loading his briefcase and lunch bag into his car. It was very apparent that he was more concerned with leaving work than getting the sale. I called the dealership the next day and was able to come up with a satisfactory deal thanks to Steve David. What I great experience buying a car at BMW of Westlake. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable.
