We were looking for a BMW Series 4 Convertible and noticed that BMW of Westlake had a few in their inventory. After sending a quick interest on-line we received a call from Jerry Mancini. Jerry was not only understanding of our needs but he presented true class and trustworthy actions the entire process. He knew what we were looking for and didn't lead us in any direction away from that. You could tell right from the beginning that he was a truly genuine person that wanted the best for his customers. I will recommend him to everyone looking to purchase a car and I will buy from him again for sure. I also have to give a five star to Jared the sales manager as he made the experience all the better. He was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory he had at the dealership and was able to assist in finding us our dream car. His care for the customer was top notch. I took my car in for transmission diagnostics. I was told that nothing was wrong with it. I paid my bill of $173.31 (taxes included). And that was ok. Until I noticed the "MISC.
