My headlights weren't working when I left I went in for a factory recall for a few parts this morning 9-22-18 for my 2009 bmw 328xi when I left on the way back I noticed my headlight was out I I went in for a factory recall for a few parts this morning 9-22-18 for my 2009 bmw 328xi when I left on the way back I noticed my headlight was out I called and spoke with Carl Whelpey who told me it wasnt their fault and told me I need to buy another one and before I could reply he hung up on me. When I called back I spoke with someone who arranged Carl to call me back and he stated that the code indicated my light was out even though I drive it every day and had no issues whatsoever. I'm very disappointed even further because he let me leave the dealership as the service manager without telling me I need a headlight and the headlight was operational before it was in their hands. So as the service manager it was his responsibility to let me know something was wrong but it was working before I got there. I am very disappointed and even noticed that one light wasnt properly screwed in. I love my BMW and I dont appreciate being treated like this when I when I put my car in the hands of the people who are supposed to be helping me, not potentially putting me at risk with a car that is not legally acceptable and not safe with one headlight. More

I asked many questions and that were all answered. I was able to test drive whatever vehicles I wanted. I ultimately decided to buy the car I had previously leased from Ken. My visit to the dealership was hassle free from Ken in Sales to Mike in the Finance Department. Everyone was knowledgeable and most helpful. I received a great deal and drove away a happy customer with my 2016 BMW 335i. Again, Thank You Ken Delk and Westlake BMW for a job well done!!! More

HORRIBLE management and rude sales person I have bought several high end vehicles and I found a car I had been looking for at Westlake. I contacted them and Chad and I started negotiating via text message. The CPO sales manager, Fred dropped the asking price online after offering it to me for the same thing. Bottom line, they only came off $500 from this new asking price. Seems like a scam to me. I was originally asked by Chad to put down $1000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit which I said no way. He then told me it was refundable. I pointed out a couple of chips on the car in the pictures and he said they would be fixed professionally. A few days later I go in to finalize the deal and the touch ups were done by the Chad the salesman! I wasn't happy about this but went ahead with the purchase. When I got home and washed the car I noticed a dent in the roof so I asked Chad if I get an estimate, would they reimburse me? He said of course. I take the time out of my schedule to get an estimate and he said Fred said that its too high. Now, I am not an expert but I shouldn't have to deal with these items. When I hadn't heard back again from Chad, I told him I would fill out an honest review and he called me a "bully and couldn't believe I treat people this way!". When do you go to a BMW dealer and spend almost $40k and get spoken to like this? He then said that Fred would be calling me right away which hasn't happened. He also said he would have his GM call me, which also has not happened. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. GO TO A BMW DEALER THAT APPRECIATES THEIR CUSTOMERS AND GIVES GOOD SERVICE. NOT ONLY WILL I NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER, I INTEND ON TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AND TO NOT BUY FROM ANOTHER GANLEY OWNED DEALERSHIP! More
