Use Jerry Mancini I live out of state in Texas and was searching the nation for the right car for me. My experience is that many dealerships are not that great to work I live out of state in Texas and was searching the nation for the right car for me. My experience is that many dealerships are not that great to work with and I was looking for something seamless. One dealership I interacted with in Florida had an extra $1,400 in junk fees (dealer fee, cleaning fee, security device fee, out of state fee.) that they wanted to tack onto my purchase amount which is crazy so I skipped working with them. Anywho, at BMW of Westlake I found the right car and once I had a chance to work with Jerry Mancini I knew I found the right person. He really knows how to do out of state purchases, had excellent communication skills (we spoke just about every day), and was an advocate for my purchase. They only charged a dealership fee of $250 which was reasonable. Jerry was accurate, communicated well and made this purchase a fantastic one. I would never hesitate to work with Jerry again and I will call him first for my next purchase. You should too! More
