When one wasn't right he'd say "Ok, that's not the car for you. Let's keep looking." This was also my first car buying experience as a single woman. My dad and then my ex-husband always took care of such things. I did not receive a HINT of sexism or anyone speaking down to me. I was treated with respect by everyone at the dealership, and I got a great deal. I know I was not taken advantage of. Justin the genius showed me how to use everything, and I will probably go back for another visit to dig even deeper into what the car can do. And Brittany in service...I don't know how many times I've called her with questions since the purchase. She patiently walks me through the solution every time. My dad passed away last year and it was from his trust that I purchased the car. John reminded me of my dad, and I know my dad would approve of the car, price, and experience. There is no doubt I will be buying another BMW from John at Westlake in the future. It's a wonderful place with great people. More

Purchased 2015 BMW M3 as CPO, average communication I purchased a 2015 BMW M3 as a certified pre-owned vehicle (CPO). I worked with Greg Kasmer. Initially Greg was very responsive and emailed me back I purchased a 2015 BMW M3 as a certified pre-owned vehicle (CPO). I worked with Greg Kasmer. Initially Greg was very responsive and emailed me back promptly. After we settled on the price of the vehicle I gave him a $1000 deposit via credit card, but requesting a few items like service records, a CPO maintenance report, and the financing percentage. Over the following two weeks I emailed and called Greg at least 10 times asking for these items but he always gave me an excuse..."I'm working on it" or "I'm waiting on something." I even called Greg during my four hour one way to trip to the dealership to get an update on the items I requested and he replied "Our finance guy will tell you when you get here". I had to drive four hours to purchase a vehicle before they would tell me the financing rate, or get the CPO maintenance records. These are items that should've been emailed to me BEFORE I drove four hours for a vehicle. Especially since I gave all of my maintenance records and documents for my trade in vehicle. I feel like Greg was initially very enthusiastic about my purchase initially, but after I gave a deposit his response time was lagging and he needed frequent requests just to get items that should be readily available for a CPO vehicle. More

The only glitch was some strange policy the finance department has when dealing with my bank, USAA. Honestly, I felt like it was a passive-aggressive attempt to pressure me to finance through BMW. It all worked out, after a heated exchange with Mike and I am loving my new car. More
