Dealership is closest but better treatment elsewhere. There was a great amount of attention while buying my car.. Even lower priced car dealerships automatically dry your car! This is one example of things that were not up to the stellar service we have received elsewhere. I came in for service and was totally ignored by mgmt. I sat in the open and was passed 3 times w/o acknowledgement. I guess by submitting a review you are supposed to not be totally honest. I figure if there are some issues that could be tweeked, it is a good idea..not judgemental but helpful. More

One impacting the finance process ultimately resulting in me investing additional time to the overall process. with regards to the car...drive off the lot and 30 minutes later the check engine light came on “add a quart of oil”. I sent the salesperson a message regarding the same and the response ultimately lead to this post. More

What a wonderful experience for a car dealership I must say that my experience today at BMW of Westlake was the best experience with buying a car that I have ever had. I have been out of the car mark I must say that my experience today at BMW of Westlake was the best experience with buying a car that I have ever had. I have been out of the car market for over a decade and honestly resisted looking for a car because of all the shenanigans with car buying. However, Jerry M. made my experience great. He was very patient. He took his time to explain all the details and answered all the questions I had. Then to top it off, Nez F. explained every little detail with operating the car. His calm demeanor and pleasant attitude was very fitting for his position. Sorry, I forgot the name of the guy who handled the finance but he was very pleasant as well. Great Job BMW of Westlake with hiring the best staff for the job!! I will definitely return and refer to friends and family. More
