Excellent Jimmy Laumer explained everything with out high pressure sale pitch. He took us for a test drive and explained everything about the SUV(BMW X-3. When I went to buy my BMW off lease, they took it through the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) process, and offered me an excellent rate on my purchase. I have literally been at other dealerships for hours negotiating. Not here. No haggles, great service. More

Enthusiastic and helpeful I was searching for a very particular car to drive in my 30th year in the BMWCCA. I did a little whining and almost crying, but, Steve made my husband laugh and feel comfortable. And in turn, got me to relax and we all came to a GREAT compromise. BOTH Steve and Jimmy were an absolute pleasure to work with. I wanted to add, that Justin was the other wonderful male species that added to my excitement of my car purchase as he so graciously showed me the details on the car before driving off the lot. He was VERY personable and accommodating. He was not annoyed at my 'antics' (dancing/laughing) while in the car. All of these guys were a breath of fresh air!!
