John listened to what I was looking for and delivered exactly what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about BMW different features when we took the X3 for a test drive. John was more than willing to work with me on my trade in value and made everything a very smooth and simple process. Nez went through a lot of the cars features step by step with us and even offered to come to our home to program our garage door opener because it could not be programmed on site. Mike was very easy to work with and helpful when going over the leasing documents. Will continue to do business with this dealership in the future. More
