It started off fine. Cory found a porter to get me back to Crocker Park, which was only a few miles away. The next day they called to tell me the service was done, but we're obscure about sending a Porter out or even knowing if there was a porter available. The person I spoke to was not Cory. After getting a ride from a coworker, I then discovered that the dealership charges 2% to use a credit card. To add insult to injury, I was trying to my BMW credit card! Apparently, there's some hoops I can jump through online or use a debit card to avoid the fee. Regardless, a 2% fee shows no respect for your clientele. More
