We are from Maine and bought a used truck from Beaver Toyota while in Florida . We purchased truck in April but wouldn’t get it till June, wanted to drive home with our car and fly back to get truck, We Toyota while in Florida . We purchased truck in April but wouldn’t get it till June, wanted to drive home with our car and fly back to get truck, We had Zach helping us and he says Toyota would keep the truck for us till we were ready for it, no problem at all! Zach was very pleasant, also helpful, always answered all of our questions, returned any phone call quickly . Also worked with George and he was also amazing . He helped us buy a new rav4 2 years ago while we were in Florida, he was one reason we returned to Beaver, we loved how great they are to work with. While in Maine we decided we wanted to have running bars installed on the truck , called Zach and he took care of it without any hesitation at all ! When we came to get the truck Zach helped us with the GPS and set up phones with Bluetooth and was very pleasant to work with ! Would highly recommend him and George ! We got a great truck and great service!! More

The service I received was very sub standard, after scheduling an 1100 appointment I sat for an hour and realized my vehicle was still sitting in the lot and clearly this was taking longer than I expec scheduling an 1100 appointment I sat for an hour and realized my vehicle was still sitting in the lot and clearly this was taking longer than I expected. When I asked Chad what the holdup was, he said they’re backed, I stated I had an 1100 appointment, he responded, yeah you and everyone else. What is the purpose of the appointment. The service manager tried to make right, offered me a. Comped rental. However, after 10 minutes of waiting for the person to help me, I left. I went to to Keith Pierson and got the same service, without an appointment and was done in 90 minutes. I’ll be going there from now on More
