Bad Repairs I just had my truck repaired here and I must say it was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been here several time and never treated this bad I just had my truck repaired here and I must say it was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been here several time and never treated this bad. Not only was the problem not fixed but when I got it back it had additions problems, however when I picked it up I was told everything was fixed and OK, I couldn't drive it home, I had to turn around and bring it back. The service tech said they would look it and let me know. Received a call the next morning and was told they did nothing wrong and my transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. I picked it up and took it to another shop and repairs were done to fix the wires they hooked up wrong and now it is fixed, no problem with transmission, runs great. I tried to contact Nick who is head of the service dept but no response. Their mechanic even said the transmission oil was black and burnt but when the other shop showed it to me it was still pink in color. I will never bring another vehicle here or but another vehicle from here not would I recommend them to anyone else again. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. They arranged our insurance, got us a new registration, and installed all weather car mats. And a big shocker was that when we went to sign on the dotted line, the price was LOWER than we had agreed on because Chuck found a rebate he could use. He could have easily not done that and we would have not known. A+ day with JB and Chuck! More

Great Service Was running early for my 10,000 service and they took right in. Offered me a wonder lounge with real popcorn. I was 700+ over my servicing.
