It’s obvious your staff is happy working there because everyone was pleasant and made sure there wasn’t something they could get for us! I wish I could give this dealership zero stars because that’s exactly what they deserve. I recently bought a vehicle here, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. They sold me a complete lemon—within that’s exactly what they deserve. I recently bought a vehicle here, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. They sold me a complete lemon—within 2 weeks, the left front axle was bad, the windshield trim came off and needed to be replaced A-Pillar. This is supposed to be a "reliable" vehicle? What a joke. This is a used car purchase, with 65,000 miles and granted its used. But to have it less than 2 weeks and not honoring these repairs is absurd. When I tried contacting the salesperson, it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. He couldn’t care less. Every time I called; I got passed around to different people who all gave me the same empty promises: "We’ll call you back"—spoiler alert: THEY NEVER DO. Not to mention, the attitude from the staff was beyond rude, and they acted like I was the problem for wanting what I paid for. The salesperson said the Manager won’t help you. He just shrugged off my concerns like I was wasting his time. Save yourself the frustration and AVOID Beaver Toyota – Saint Augustine at all costs. They’re just out to make a quick buck and then vanish when problems arise. I wouldn’t trust them to sell a bicycle, let alone a car. Don’t be fooled by the fancy commercials or “We’re here to wow you!” Yes, they’ll wow you and not care. More

It was the most pleasant experience we have ever had with buying a car. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. While waiting for all of the paperwork, Ned drove me over 30 minutes, one way buying a car. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out.
