The service I received was very sub standard, after scheduling an 1100 appointment I sat for an hour and realized my vehicle was still sitting in the lot and clearly this was taking longer than I expec scheduling an 1100 appointment I sat for an hour and realized my vehicle was still sitting in the lot and clearly this was taking longer than I expected. When I asked Chad what the holdup was, he said they’re backed, I stated I had an 1100 appointment, he responded, yeah you and everyone else. What is the purpose of the appointment. The service manager tried to make right, offered me a. Comped rental. However, after 10 minutes of waiting for the person to help me, I left. I went to to Keith Pierson and got the same service, without an appointment and was done in 90 minutes. I’ll be going there from now on More

Was a great experience with the Beaver staff. Julian my salesman was fantastic! Thomas the Sales Manager was super great to work with. Ryan is the man. I went in to have my car serviced and found out there was a recall on my vehicle. He was able to get me a rental while that was being performed.. Another great service at Beaver. We drive over 6 hours to use Steve, he is the best. Well worth the drive! We moved away and had a horrible experience in our new town. They said we needed lots of work done t use Steve, he is the best. Well worth the drive! We moved away and had a horrible experience in our new town. They said we needed lots of work done that turned out to be lies. Steve checked it out and said we didn't need the work done for probably 20,000 or 25,000 more miles. One of the many reasons we trust them and drive back to St. Augustine for service on both our vehicles. More
