Nothing against my Service Advisor Dave Tangen as he is always helpful. But my car was returned to me without a wash. With the ongoing work outside where concrete was being blasted my car was returned to m always helpful. But my car was returned to me without a wash. With the ongoing work outside where concrete was being blasted my car was returned to me dirtier than I had dropped it off. Also while driving I always check my tire pressure to ensure they have been inflated to the correct PSI after a service. I noticed 3 out of 4 tires were in the correct PSI range 35-40 PSI. Except my right rear tire was at 31 PSI . I didn't think anything of it at the time and said they probably just didn't inflate it correctly. From the time I got my car back, I parked it in my garage where it sat for 2 days. Monday morning when I went to start it up, after a few minutes, I received a low tire pressure where the reading came back at 28 PSI. I took it to a tire repair shop where they found a Hard piece of Plastic embedded in the tread causing it to puncture a hole creating a slow leak. Overall not a great experience. More

This is the second car I have bought from Benzel Busch in 3 months. I really didn’t have a second Mercedes in mind, but remembered the wonderful experience I had three months ago when I bought my 1st car, so I decided to give it a try. I called my salesmen Jay Milich and asked about buying a car. As before, Jay was honest, kind, professional, funny, and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. He worked hard to get me a second car which I absolutely love! Benzel Busch makes you feel like you are an important customer whether you are buying a six figure car or an entry level car. If I ever need another car, I will be back. I will also refer anyone who is looking for a new car to Benzel Busch and, specifically, Jay Milich. More
