The communication was poor. The vehicle we purchased was scheduled for delivery in a few weeks. The vehicle price increased $570 dollars in the 3 weeks. We placed a down payment to lock in 1.9 finance rate. It was explained they made a mistake and would not honor the rate promise. We got 2.9 percent. They admitted it was their problem. I asked if there was any discount to the bed cover or window shades we purchased. They were not willing to negotiate. They said it was unusual times. I had sold both of my vehicles out rite. I had no vehicle to drive. If I still had a vehicle I would have walked out. They did offer a discount on a maintenance agreement. I believe the maintenance agreements are foolish and did not purchase any. Their comment was the would live with a bad review. This is the 1st review I have done. I want to say I was very disappointed but I am not bitter. The Honda Ridgeline I bought is fantastic. Robin Orr More
