This is my first car ever so i wanted to make my first purchase memorable and easy. I bought Honda CRV 2020. It was nice however they gave a little information and I have to dig in for information. He knows im a new driver but i am expecting that he will elaborate more the features of the car. I ask about free oil change twice when I visited. I also mentioned it on the day i took the car home with brandon but for a brand new car this should be free of charge on the first year. Last year i inquired about crv 2019 and I got an offer with 2 free oil change. i have a lot of friends who bought from bianchi and got a free oil change and good deal. I felt like since it’s my first time to buy a car they didn’t care. it also took time before i got approved by financing dept. i have to go back the third time to pick up the car. More
