We dropped off our vehicle with issues that would need investigation, before proceeding. Our expectation was that we would hear back that afternoon, or possibly the following morning. I finally had to call back on the 3rd day to follow-up myself. One of our service items was to have the sunscreen (the covers the sunroof) replaced. When we arrived to pickup the car, there were dirty handprints all over the new sunscreen. Many handprints, and very obvious. Ainsley went out with some cleaner, intending to tidy it up herself, only to realize that the task was bigger than that, and it needed to go back into service. With all we had done, the bill totaled over $3.3k. A discount was applied to one of the service items (transmission flush) but it sure felt like the overall discount, on the total bill, could have been more. More

George was incredible from the day we ordered the Escalade. He kept us informed along the way and especially as the build date got closer and delivery was made. He did an exceptional job getting ever Escalade. He kept us informed along the way and especially as the build date got closer and delivery was made. He did an exceptional job getting everything taken care of, incredibly friendly, and very responsive to any texts or phone calls. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Cadillac. The finance guy could use some feedback though, since my experience with him was less than pleasant. We were paying cash for the vehicle so we did not expect it to take long but he was in a meeting and as it turned out to tell us he was buying his own Escalade at the time. He seemed annoyed that my 2 year old daughter was cranky but that was because we waited so long to see him. Overall I am still happy about the overall experience all because of George and his personality and willingness to help. More
