The worst thing about the dealership is entering and exiting the property. I purchased a Cadillac sight unseen out of state over the phone with Mark. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was available all day long for several days and answered every question and concern I phone with Mark. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was available all day long for several days and answered every question and concern I had (and I had a bunch) with top speed response every time. He’s wonderful to deal with and this was probably the easiest transaction I’ve ever been through. I would and will refer anyone to Mark. Angela ran through a tutorial of vehicle inside car with me and she’s very informative. Mark even called me to make sure I made it home that evening because he knew I had a 3 hour trip home out of state! Stress free and very pleasant day and love my new Cadillac XT4!!! More
