Big Star is a GREAT place to purchase your vehicle from. The only thing that I don't care about is that Ron Carter gave you an year of oil changes, rotations, etc.. I do want to bring to everyone's attention about one sales person who makes everything GREAT and her name is Lisa Velasco. This woman really goes out of the way with her customers, whether you purchase a car or not, she makes you feel welcome. Her personality is really warm and you can tell that she's a Christian. I give Lisa KUDOS for the BEST Customer Service every! More

I would not buy an air filter from this dealer in the future! I was notified of a recall on my SRX. I called to have it done the earliest available appointment was almost 2 months int he future. So I future! I was notified of a recall on my SRX. I called to have it done the earliest available appointment was almost 2 months int he future. So I made the appointment. I arrive at the appointment 15 minutes early and go into the service area. All the service managers just ignored me for about 5 minutes. Finally, one ask if I need help. After asking me some questions about the vehicle they tell me to have a seat it will take about 4 hours to complete. About 30 minutes later another service manager came and told me that they "ran out of the parts" that are needed for my repair and I would have to call back to make another appointment! No suggestion of when they could get me in and no attempt to make another appointment that day! More
