Had Bonneville put new tires on my Dodge Caravan. Got the van back and tires jumped like crazy. Took over 2 weeks for them to give me an appointment to get back in . Service advisor Said tread Got the van back and tires jumped like crazy. Took over 2 weeks for them to give me an appointment to get back in . Service advisor Said tread is too aggressive on this tire for the van and can’t balance she said on the phone. On the write up she says it is within factory spec. Michelin tires. Tires still jump like crazy and they charged me $130.00 to look at it! I just want the perfect ride I had when I brought the vehicle in . I’m highly disappointed. Very bad dealership! More

My car was totaled, and dealing with my own insurance was a NIGHTMARE. And I called to look at a vehicle and my customer, Gary Crane jumped in to help me with the car buying process.
