Great customer service! Had a prior experience with a transmission [from a car I purchased from a different dealership] and Brewster Subaru stepped right up and "did the right thing" and gained a custom transmission [from a car I purchased from a different dealership] and Brewster Subaru stepped right up and "did the right thing" and gained a customer for life. They are super well organized and the place is spotless clean. The sales professionals pretty much know everything about the car and the Subaru support systems. Derrick was wonderful to work with and Rich was awesome when it came to the financing and the close-out. They laid out all of the options clear as day and there is ZERO pressure! I have bought from other Subaru dealerships in the past, but none have even come close to the outstanding experience with Brewster Subaru More

When I made a decision to purchase my first Subaru my first stop was Brewster Subaru because it was near my home. Even in a pandemic, it was inviting and appeared safe for an in person visit. After a test drive and checking other dealers, I returned because I felt Kristen was honest and really wanted to work with me. We closed the deal. Dealing with Rich, the manager, solidified my positive experience going out of his way to assist me with an additional request for my purchase. Again, no pressure, very knowledgable and very consumer oriented. For a Subaru search, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. More

This is long overdue but my second experience in buying a car from Brewster Suburu was nothing but excellent. From start to finish it was a pleasant transaction. The salesman (Mitch Pollak) and the financial car from Brewster Suburu was nothing but excellent. From start to finish it was a pleasant transaction. The salesman (Mitch Pollak) and the financial coordinator (Rich Johnson) made sure we were extremely satisfied with our new forester.
