I was grateful for the fact that he (as he put it) he "put his first and best foot forward" on the allowance for my 2008 Infiniti trade-in (with 155,000 miles on it). He also was immediately available about a week later when I needed another half hour of instruction on the "fine points" regarding especially the vehicle's "eyesight system".
