This was my ninth Subaru that I have leased or purchased at this location. The leasing process was seamless and the staff (Nelson Demelo, Kristen Hetzer & Rich Johnson) all did their part to make me feel l at this location. Service is terrible and they never take your phone calls, I bought a subaru forester 2019 with 45,000 miles after a year and a half my the thermo control valve broke and they make me pay 1,500 to fix it when I bought a subaru forester 2019 with 45,000 miles after a year and a half my the thermo control valve broke and they make me pay 1,500 to fix it when my warranty sure cover , they told me to call subaru of America because they can't do anything 😡this was so frustrating that I have to sell my car just to not deal with this people no more.
