We left our car there for the day to diagnose a problem. We had to call at the end of the day to find out that they hadn't looked at it yet. Same thing the second day. At the end of the THIRD day Brewster S We had to call at the end of the day to find out that they hadn't looked at it yet. Same thing the second day. At the end of the THIRD day Brewster Subaru had the car, we called and got an estimate for thousands of dollars in work to rebuild the engine, among other recommendations. We told Danny that we would hold off. (It's an older vehicle and we wanted time to consider whether to invest that much into the vehicle.) When we picked up the car, the service tech, Danny Gomes, literally tossed the bill at me across the counter. He was clearly upset that we weren't having the recommended work done. We were upset that we had to leave and do without the car for three days just to get an estimate. Between receiving the emailed estimate and picking up the car, the oil change had more than doubled in price. We'll never go back to Brewster Subaru. More
