Terrible customer service. I paid extended warranty but some how I was not covered. Car purchased in 2016. Only 4 years and paid extra warranty but was not valid. The service department charged me some how I was not covered. Car purchased in 2016. Only 4 years and paid extra warranty but was not valid. The service department charged me $168 just for the diagnostic. I called and asked if I do the repair they will do a waiver for the diagnostic fee and the manager say yes, next day I have a x Charge for 99 for the diagnostic fee. The technician hour is 168 with taxes, so to replace the spark pulgs cost a lot. They are rude and they dont care if you are loyal customer or no! Bad experience, check if you have the warranty before you go! and dont trust the initial estimate. The great news is that I will never going back as a customer :) More
